  • Quotes: are valid for no more than 30 days.
  • Payment: 50% Deposit on confirmation of order, and balance to be paid upon delivery or collection of goods. All goods remain the property of Brand Me T until paid for in full.

  • Please note all prices quoted EXCLUDE VAT.
  • Customer Approval / Quote needs to be signed before production starts.

  • Order changes / cancellations and return policy:
    No changes to or cancellation of orders can occur once production has begun.

  • Delays caused by suppliers are beyond our control and are not grounds of cancellation of order, although we follow up on a regular basis to avoid such matters.

  • SAMPLES – All samples are charged for.

Digitizing requires at least 24 hours and samples requires at least 48 hours.
Brand Me T turnaround time for embroidery under 1000 units are 2-3 days and over 1000 units it depends on the amount.
